Earle is a distinguished member of the Delaware bar, with an impressive track record in construction and commercial litigation. He has represented both business entities and individuals before various Delaware courts, including the Delaware Superior Court, Delaware Chancery Court, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. Additionally, he has argued multiple appeals before the Delaware Supreme Court and regularly represents clients in neighboring Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Earle has also served as a Deputy Attorney General for the Delaware Department of Justice and as a Deputy Judge Advocate General for the Delaware Army National Guard.
