Experience
Scott T. Earle has significant experience in construction litigation, representing owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and material suppliers in contract disputes, bond claims, collections and mechanic’s liens. He also has significant experience serving as Delaware counsel on behalf of creditors in adversary proceedings and contested hearings before the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Delaware.
In addition to practicing law, Scott serves as a Deputy Judge Advocate General for the Delaware Army National Guard. In 2006, Scott deployed to Iraq as a member of the New Jersey Army National Guard where he served with the 1-167th Cavalry, 1st Brigade, 34th Infantry Division. Scott was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for his service in Iraq.
Scott is a former Deputy Attorney General for the Delaware Department of Justice.
While in law school, Scott was the Lead State Constitutional Law Editor for the Rutgers Law Journal. After graduating from law school, Scott served as the law clerk for the Honorable Joseph F. Lisa, New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
