Goldberg Segalla has again ranked among the top 10 large employers on the annual Best Places to Work in Illinois survey. The survey is sponsored by the Daily Herald Business Ledger, in partnership with the Illinois Chamber of Commerce, MRA — The Management Association, the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago, and the Small Business Advocacy Council.

Companies ranked on the annual list underwent an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The process also included a survey to measure employee satisfaction. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.

In addition to the Best Places to Work for in Illinois ranking for three consecutive years, Goldberg Segalla has received numerous accolades highlighting its founding principles of teamwork, diversity, and inclusion. It has been named to Fortune magazine’s list of Best Workplaces in New York, and has twice been named the Best Place to Work among all large employers in Western New York, where the firm is headquartered. It has ranked among the top 10 employers in both Pennsylvania and Maryland, and the top 15 in New Jersey and Florida.  It was also recognized nationally as one of the 20 Best Workplaces in Consulting and Professional Services in both 2018 and 2019 by Fortune and Great Place to Work.
