Goldberg Segalla Recognized by Diversity & Flexibility Alliance As 2023 “Tipping the Scales Firm”
Goldberg Segalla has been named a 2023 “Tipping the Scales Firm” by the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance. This distinction, granted to law firms having at least 50 percent women in their 2023 globally or U.S.-based new partner classes, places Goldberg Segalla among the 78 firms recognized by the Alliance.

Berdzik, chair of Goldberg Segalla’s Women’s Initiative. “This distinction reaffirms the work that we do to provide our women attorneys with opportunities for both personal and professional growth in the legal industry.”
Goldberg Segalla’s Women’s Initiative is a collaborative program developed by, and for, women attorneys to raise their visibility, spark opportunities, develop mentoring relationships, promote leadership, increase connection, and provide support for the advancement of women within the firm.
The Diversity and Flexibility Alliance has collaborated with organizations to develop non-stigmatized flexible work policies that promote inclusive work cultures and help advance more women into leadership positions. The Alliance provides practical research-based solutions, training workshops, and strategic advisory services that increase organizational effectiveness through diversity and flexibility.
