Women’s Initiative

Celebrating strengths and successes

Goldberg Segalla’s Women’s Initiative is a collaborative program developed by and for women attorneys of the firm to raise the visibility of women attorneys, spark opportunities, develop mentoring relationships, promote leadership, increase connection, and provide support for the advancement of women within the firm and in industry organizations that further their personal and professional growth.

The group regularly develops programming and networking events and extends outreach to welcome new women attorneys into the firm.

Recognition

BTI Consulting Group named Goldberg Segalla one of the 13 “Best of the Best” firms where women associates report they are well compensated in its report BTI Associate Satisfaction A-Listers 2022: BTI Survey of Law Firms Where Associates are Happiest.

Calling the percent of female partners an indicator of a firm’s health, Leopard Solutions gave Goldberg Segalla a special shout out as one of the Top 3 Firms in the Top 200 with the highest percent of female partners in its 2023 Leopard Law Firm Index.

Reaffirming our commitment to elevating women attorneys, the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance designated Goldberg Segalla a 2023 “Tipping the Scales Firm,” a distinction granted to firms with at least 50 percent women in their new partner classes.
