Haasty S. Burns is an accomplished litigator who counsels and defends a variety of clients in transactional and litigation matters ranging from personal injury cases involving trucking, transportation, and general liability claims throughout California. Haasty draws on extensive experience handling catastrophic injury, wrongful death, severe to mild traumatic brain injuries, mass tort, premises liability, and construction defect claims. She has represented multinational corporations, such as Nike, Adidas, Oakley, and Gatorade and has handled claims for insurance carriers, adjusters, and employer representatives during all phases of civil litigation from case opening through resolution. She has also represented high-profile individuals, including world-class professional athletes.
Haasty has earned numerous honors that recognize the value of her legal services and her dedication to the community, including her recognition as “Lead Counsel Rated” in Civil Law by the Lead Counsel Review Board.
