Goldberg Segalla added partner Haasty S. Burns to the firm’s Transportation group in Orange County.

Haasty counsels and defends a variety of clients in trucking, transportation, and general liability matters throughout California. Haasty draws on extensive experience handling catastrophic injury, wrongful death, mass tort, and construction defect claims. She has represented multinational corporations, such as Nike, Adidas, Oakley, and Gatorade and has handled claims for insurance carriers, adjusters, and employer representatives during all phases of civil litigation from case opening through resolution. She has also represented high-profile individuals, including world-class professional athletes. She has earned numerous honors that recognize the value of her legal services and her dedication to the community, including her recognition as “Lead Counsel Rated” in Civil Law by the Lead Counsel Review Board.

Haasty earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine, and her juris doctor from the Pacific West College of Law.
