Goldberg Segalla is pleased to announce that we are participating in a pilot program with the Workers’ Compensation Board to begin doing Section 32 settlement days.

We will be filing Section 32 Agreements as a group, in each district of the state, and the Board will assign us a settlement day at which a law judge will review these agreements on a virtual calendar with an attorney from one of our offices. No longer will these wait for months to be calendared as part of the normal hearing calendar.

This process will allow us to expedite approval of your Section 32 Agreements, shortening the amount of indemnity payment and medical liability attendant to your pending settlements by weeks. We have already begun implementing this process; no action is necessary on your end.
