Goldberg Segalla added Aaron T. Clarke to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Albany.

Aaron counsels and defends employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters throughout New York. Prior to joining Goldberg Segalla, he gained experience as a legislative director in the New York State Senate, where he crafted legislation and worked with non-profit organizations and other stakeholders to expedite the amendment, support, and passage of legislation.

Aaron earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Albany and his juris doctor from the Albany Law School of Union University. During law school, he served as an intern with the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board Uninsured Employers Fund. Aaron also held internships with the Family Violence Litigation Clinic, the New York State Office of Children and Family Services, and the Schenectady Public Defender’s Office.
