Goldberg Segalla added Abraham D. Leybengrub to the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial group in Manhattan.  

Abraham concentrates his practice on counseling and defending clients in a variety of civil litigation matters. He manages all aspects of claims handling and litigation, including devising case strategy, taking and defending depositions, motion practice, mediations, and settlement negotiations. Abraham draws on a broad range of experience, handling personal injury, medical malpractice, construction, premises liability, NY Labor Law, and general liability matters. 

Abraham earned his LL.B. and M.B.A. from Netanya Academic College and his LL.M. from the Cornell Law School.
