Goldberg Segalla added Alexandra L. Halbert to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Garden City.

Allie focuses her practice on counseling and defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in all stages of workers’ compensation litigation, from intake through trial and appeal. She draws on experience as a law clerk supporting attorneys in personal injury, real estate, estate planning, and contract matters. During law school, Allie assisted attorneys with workers’ compensation, social security disability, and personal injury matters while serving as an intern at a private practice firm. She also held internships with the New York State Supreme Court in Suffolk County and with the Veterans’ and Servicemembers’ Rights Clinic of the Touro Law Center.

Allie earned her bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University and her juris doctor from the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
