Goldberg Segalla added associate Allegra A. Sinclair to the firm’s General Liability Practice Group in Raleigh.
Allegra focuses her practice on civil litigation and construction law. She also has experience dealing with employment law matters, and defends and counsels clients in federal district court and in claims pending before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She draws on invaluable experience earned throughout a three-year clerkship for the Honorable Mark A. Davis at the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
Allegra earned a dual bachelor’s in psychology and political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she later went on to earn her law degree. While in law school, she served on the North Carolina Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation, and was a member of the Juvenile Justice Clinic, a group of law students who represent juveniles in District Court on delinquency matters. In her free time, she volunteers with BackPack Buddies, a Raleigh-based program that provides underprivileged children with healthy weekend meals throughout the school year.
