Experience
Allegra A. Sinclair focuses her practice on civil litigation, construction defect, employment, and appellate matters. She represents and defends clients including contractors, homeowners’ associations, and other businesses in a range of litigated matters, including catastrophic personal injury and death claims, contractual disputes, premises liability, and business disputes. Her experience also includes handling claims arising under employment law and counseling clients in federal litigation and matters pending before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, including claims alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other workplace misconduct. Allegra’s appellate practice is informed by the invaluable experience she earned throughout a three-year clerkship for the Honorable Mark A. Davis at the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
In her free time, Allegra volunteers with BackPack Buddies, a Raleigh-based program that provides underprivileged children with healthy weekend meals throughout the school year.
