Experience
Allegra A. Sinclair focuses her practice on employment and labor law, counseling and defending clients in state and federal courts and in matters pending before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, including claims alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other workplace misconduct. Her litigation experience also includes representing contractors, homeowners’ associations and other businesses in matters involving construction defect, catastrophic personal injury and death claims, contractual disputes, premises liability and general liability claims. Allegra’s appellate practice is informed by the invaluable experience she earned throughout a three-year clerkship for the Honorable Mark A. Davis at the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
