Goldberg Segalla added associate Allison Cullens to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Buffalo.

Allison counsels and defends employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters throughout New York. Her background includes handling Social Security Disability matters and drafting discovery demands, litigation plans, and budgets for matters involving insurance coverage, personal injury, and medical malpractice.

Allison earned her bachelor’s degree at the University at Buffalo and her juris doctor at the Albany Law School of Union University. While attending law school, she gained experience as the associate editor of the Albany Law Journal of Science & Technology.
