Goldberg Segalla is pleased to announce the addition of Andrew H. Reynard to the firm’s Management and Professional Liability and Business and Commercial groups in Manhattan.
Reynard utilizes in-depth knowledge gained through 20 years of experience handling commercial litigation, employment and insurance litigation, banking and securities litigation, antitrust and intellectual property litigation, as well as regulatory, internal, and white-collar investigations on behalf of multinational financial services, investment management, and insurance companies. He has appeared on behalf of institutional and individual clients in federal and state courts and in investigations brought by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York (SDNY), New York Attorney General (NYAG), and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regarding a broad range of subjects including securities, antitrust, employment, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, shareholder, and derivative class actions.

Reynard has handled federal antitrust and breach of contract litigation regarding alleged anticompetitive monopolistic practices, alleged misrepresentations regarding an alternative trading system used for high-frequency trading, alleged stock option backdating and misrepresentation of earnings expenses, and alleged copyright infringement and trade secret misappropriation, among many others.

Andrew earned a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, his J.D. from the New York University School of Law, and his LLB from the University of Sydney in 2023.
