Andy has appeared on behalf of institutional and individual clients in federal and state courts and in investigations brought by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York (SDNY), the New York Attorney General (NYAG) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regarding a broad range of subjects including securities, antitrust, employment, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, shareholder and derivative class actions.

A highly accomplished litigator, Andy has handled federal antitrust and breach of contract litigation regarding alleged anticompetitive monopolistic practices, alleged misrepresentations regarding an alternative trading system used for high frequency trading, alleged stock option backdating and misrepresentation of earnings expenses, and alleged copyright infringement and trade secret misappropriation, among many others.
