Goldberg Segalla added Anna M. Kohut to the firm’s Toxic Tort practice group in St. Louis.

An accomplished litigator for more than a decade, Anna focuses her practice on toxic and mass tort matters, with an emphasis on asbestos defense. Her broad experience includes representing clients in state and federal court, in matters ranging from negligence, environmental and insurance matters, to contract and financial disputes, consumer protection, and complex product liability cases. Anna has served as local counsel in Illinois and Missouri to product manufacturers, contractors, distributors and premises defendants. With previous experience leading complex litigations and class actions on behalf of consumer plaintiffs, she offers her clients unique insights that can inform what strategies to consider.

Anna earned her B.A. from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, and her J.D. from the Saint Louis University School of Law.
