Goldberg Segalla added Anthony A. Skalski to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Princeton.

Anthony is a zealous advocate for employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in complex workers’ compensation matters throughout New Jersey, working with each client to manage risk and deliver favorable results based on their goals. He has experience handling all aspects of workers’ compensation claims from initial evaluation through resolution. Recognized for his proactive case management and collaborative approach, Anthony develops strong partnerships with clients in order to achieve favorable outcomes in both file closure and cost savings. In addition to private practice, Anthony served as staff counsel at an international leader in personal, business and specialty insurance where he successfully resolved numerous workers’ compensation cases, including a second injury fund trial.

Anthony earned a B.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. from the Temple University Beasley School of Law.
