Goldberg Segalla added Anthony C. Giletto to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Philadelphia.

Anthony dedicates his practice to representing clients in workers’ compensation claims, counseling and defending employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators. He has several years of experience managing workers’ compensation claims in Pennsylvania and New Jersey from inception through conclusion, performing initial investigations, providing legal advice regarding accepting or denying claims, negotiating settlements, and litigating matters. Anthony draws on this knowledge to advise clients on a range of complex matters pursuant to current workers’ compensation law, and develops effective and innovative strategies to help clients achieve their desired results.

Anthony earned his B.A. at Penn State University and his J.D. at the Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
