Goldberg Segalla added Arianeh Hamzelou to the firm’s Transportation group in Newark.
Arianeh concentrates her practice on a variety of civil litigation matters with a focus on the transportation industry. She works with clients from the inception of claims through negotiation and trial preparation. Arianeh draws on a background as assistant prosecutor in the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office, where she analyzed and evaluated the strength of cases, argued pre-trial motions, conducted grand jury presentations, prepared and negotiated pleas, and conducted bench trials and sentencing hearings. She also spent time as a law clerk to the Honorable Gary N. Wilcox of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen Vicinage, drafting judicial orders and opinions concerning criminal matters, petitions for post-conviction relief, and municipal appeals.
Arianeh earned her B.A. from Rutgers University and her J.D. from Rutgers Law School.
