Goldberg Segalla added associate Ashley Payne to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Practice Group in White Plains.

Ashley represents employers across many industries before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board, and advises them throughout the entire claims-handling process. Her practice encompasses all stages of workers’ compensation litigation, including witness preparation, depositions, settlement negotiations, and appeals.

Ashley graduated from Binghamton University and moved to Barcelona, Spain, to work as a Cultural Ambassador for the Ministry of Education. She returned to earn her J.D. at Northeastern University School of Law, and earned additional experience as a Civil Rights Bureau Research Assistant with the New York State Office of the Attorney General.
