Goldberg Segalla added Ashley Repar to the firm’s Management and Professional Liability practice group in Manhattan.

Ashley counsels and represents a wide variety of businesses, corporate officers, and service providers in management and professional liability matters alleging errors and omissions, negligence, undelivered services, or missed deadlines. She draws on experience doing legal research, review and analysis work on cases involving breach of commercial contract, disability discrimination, and a class action product liability matter. Ashley has also provided pro-bono legal support to clients requiring help with immigration and veterans’ affairs matters.

While attending the University of Connecticut School of Law, Ashley gained experience working as a law clerk and also served as a judicial intern for the Hon. William F. Jung of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Ashley earned her B.S.B.A. from Elon University and her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
