Experience
Ashley Repar counsels and represents a wide variety of businesses, corporate officers, and service providers in management and professional liability matters alleging errors and omissions, negligence, undelivered services, or missed deadlines. She draws on experience doing legal research, review and analysis work on cases involving breach of commercial contract, disability discrimination, and a class action product liability matter. Ashley has also provided pro bono legal support to clients requiring help with immigration and veterans’ affairs matters.
While attending the University of Connecticut School of Law, Ashley gained experience working as a law clerk, drafting motions, research memos and discovery requests and handling discovery assignments for legal malpractice and high-value construction insurance claims. She also served as a judicial intern for the Hon. William F. Jung of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, where she briefed the judge before legal proceedings, wrote court orders, researched and wrote memorandum on employment discrimination, breach of contract, and civil rights matters.
