Goldberg Segalla added Bei Yang to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Newark.

Bei concentrates her practice on counseling and defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. She is involved in every stage of the litigation process from inception through resolution. Prior to joining Goldberg Segalla, Bei gained experience working on civil litigation defense for public entities in New Jersey, and with the Employment Law Division of the New York City Department of Social Services Office of Legal Affairs.

Bei earned her bachelor’s degree from the Hunan University of Science and Engineering, a master of laws degree from Hunan University, a master of laws degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, and her juris doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law. While attending the University of Tennessee College of Law, she worked as a student attorney in the Business Law and Trademark Clinic, providing trademark advice and services to independent inventors and small businesses before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
