Goldberg Segalla added Bingyang Zhang to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Newark.

Bing focuses his practice on the counsel and defense of insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation claims. Involved throughout the litigation process, Bing conducts depositions, settlement negotiations, mediations, and preparation of petitions and motions. He draws on experience working at a boutique firm where he handled a diverse civil litigation caseload, including commercial litigation, labor and employment law, contractual disputes, insurance/liability matters, and other general litigation. Bing has represented individuals and business entities in both prosecution and defense in New Jersey and New York, as well as federal courts.

Bing earned his B.A. from Penn State University and his J.D. from the University of Hawaii at Manoa William S. Richardson School of Law.
