Goldberg Segalla added Brian G. Bendoff to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Chicago.

Brian provides strategic counsel and zealous defense gained through more than a decade of experience representing employers through insurance carriers and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. He has litigated cases before Illinois juries in civil matters, the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission, and the Illinois Appellate Court. His litigation strategies are tailored to the individual needs of clients.

Brian earned his B.A. from Indiana University and his J.D. from the John Marshall Law School.
