Goldberg Segalla added Bryan M. Hoffman to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Buffalo.
Bryan concentrates his practice on counseling insurers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators in the defense of workers’ compensation claims. He handles all stages of the litigation process from inception through resolution, including discovery, testimony, depositions, memorandums of law, and appellate practice. Bryan draws on experience representing plaintiffs in workers’ compensation matters, where he litigated matters, evaluated and negotiated settlements of claims, and ensured compliance of workers’ compensation law with HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid.
Bryan earned a B.A. from the University of Rochester, an M.B.A. from The University of Akron College of Business, and a J.D. from The University of Akron School of Law.
