Goldberg Segalla added Connor Wetherington to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Manhattan.
Connor is a seasoned workers’ compensation litigator who represents employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in matters arising under New York State Workers’ Compensation Law. With more than seven years of focused experience, Connor manages claims from initial intake through resolution, appearing regularly before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board at hearings and trials. His practice is grounded in strategic client advocacy, combining a deep understanding of the law with a practical approach to risk management and cost containment. Connor advises clients through all phases of the claims process, including early claim analysis, litigation strategy, and settlement evaluation. Clients value his ability to distill complex factual and medical issues into actionable legal strategies, and his commitment to delivering thoughtful, responsive counsel at every stage of a claim.
Connor earned his B.B.A. from Valdosta State University and his J.D. from the Florida Coastal School of Law.
