David concentrates his practice on counseling and defending clients in a variety of civil litigation matters. His experience includes litigating complex construction defect, product defect, and property damage matters, including those involving building collapses, excavation support failures, fires, floods, and other casualties. In addition, David has handled insurance coverage and commercial claims. As an intern during law school, he gained experience assisting attorneys with applications related to software, medical, and electrical patents, conducting research, preparing copyright and trademark applications, and drafting responses to U.S. Patent and Trademark Office inquiries.
David earned his B.S. from Manhattan College and his J.D. from the Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
