Goldberg Segalla added special counsel David M. Pollack to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in White Plains.

Pollack is a trial attorney with over 20 years of experience counseling and defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters throughout New York State. He has extensive experience representing clients in work-related injuries, including schedule loss of use, classification, and Section 32 agreements. He is involved in every stage of the workers’ compensation litigation process including appeals, negotiations, settlements, litigation, contract management, mediation, hearings, depositions, and trials. He draws on a background handling social security benefits, bankruptcy litigation, long-term care polices, employment and labor matters, commercial litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, and criminal matters. David earned his bachelor’s degree from the State University at Brockport and his juris doctor from the Brooklyn Law School.
