Goldberg Segalla added Devin Black to the firm’s Worker’s Compensation group in Orange County.

Devin focuses his practice on workers’ compensation matters, counseling and defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators. His experience includes managing workers’ compensation claims from referral through closure, including in-depth claim reviews and valuation analyses, conducting depositions and cross-examinations of claimants and medical professionals, drafting pleadings, motions, and settlements, and representing clients before the WCAB. In addition, his previous experience as a lien specialist gives Devin a unique understanding of the case-in-chief as well as the impact the case has on the lien stage of a claim.

Devin earned his B.A. from Pepperdine University and his J.D. from the Western State University College of Law.
