Goldberg Segalla added Dylan C. Miller to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Rochester.
Dylan counsels and defends employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. His practice includes all stages of the workers’ compensation claims process from inception through resolution, including conducting depositions, preparing petitions and motions, negotiating settlements, and appearing at hearings and trials. Having previously represented claimants in workers’ compensation matters, Dylan brings valuable insight to the defense of claims. Dylan earned his B.A. from the University at Buffalo and his J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law. During law school, Dylan participated in the New York City Program on Finance and Law, studying financial transactions, financial institutions, and acquisitions and restructuring, as well as serving as a legal intern in the Municipal Finance Division of the New York City Law Department.
