Edward V. Schwendemann joined the Long Island office as a partner. He will concentrate his practice on product liability, health care/medical liability defense and insurance defense. Mr. Schwendemann has successfully defended product manufacturers, hospitals, physicians and diverse business entities in personal injury litigation. He also has extensive experience in the area of medical malpractice, which affords him a unique perspective on the analysis of causation and injuries.

He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey and in the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
