Edward V. Schwendemann concentrates his practice on product liability and general litigation. He has tried to verdict numerous cases in the downstate New York Supreme Courts. Ed has successfully defended product manufacturers, hospitals, physicians, and diverse business entities in personal injury litigation. His extensive medical liability experience includes representing clients in multiple multimillion-dollar malpractice cases, and his background in this area affords him an informed perspective on the analysis of causation and injuries.
