Goldberg Segalla added Elisa D’Egidio to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Orange County.

Elisa maintains a focus on workers compensation matters, counseling and defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators. She is engaged in all aspects of the workers’ compensation claims process from the initial evaluation of a claim through resolution, including preparing petitions and motions, conducting depositions, and appearing at hearings, trials and mediation. Before joining private practice, Elisa practiced general litigation and business and commercial law. She served as in-house counsel for the operator of a chain of action sports theme parks, where she drafted, negotiated and reviewed leases, equity incentive programs, stock purchases, and incorporation documents.

Elisa earned her B.A. from the Catholic University of America and her J.D. from Southwestern Law School.
