Goldberg Segalla added Evan D. Haggerty to the firm’s Global Insurance Services practice group in Newark.

An experienced litigator and trusted counsel to domestic and foreign insurers, Evan has achieved positive results litigating coverage issues in state and federal courts and representing insurers regarding first- and third-party claims. Evan’s coverage experience spans a broad range of commercial and personal lines, including professional liability, construction defect, personal injury disputes, and fraud. He handles all aspects of insurance litigation, including appeals to the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division. Working closely with insurer clients, Evan also provides analysis and advice on coverage determinations regarding contractual duties to defend, indemnity, and primacy of coverage.

Evan earned his B.A. from Michigan State University and his J.D. from the Seton Hall University School of Law.
