Gina is a workers’ compensation litigator and advisor, providing counsel to insurers, employers, and third-party administrators across California. With more than 12 years of dedicated focus on workers’ compensation defense, she possesses a wealth of experience managing cases from inception to settlement or trial. Gina excels in developing discovery, settlement and litigation strategies tailored to the unique needs of each case and client. She is a skilled negotiator with a track record of favorable outcomes for her clients. In addition to her legal skills, Gina empowers her clients through education, equipping employers with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the complexities of California workers’ compensation. Before joining Goldberg Segalla, Gina managed complex workers’ compensation cases for key accounts at a leading insurance carrier.

Gina earned her B.S. from California State University and her J.D. from the Southwestern Law School.
