Goldberg Segalla added Hemna Chaudry to the firm’s Toxic Tort and Environmental Law groups in Philadelphia.
Hemna counsels and defends clients in mass tort, toxic tort, and environmental litigation in courts throughout Pennsylvania. She is engaged in all aspects of litigation, including preparing cases for filing; drafting motions, pleadings and briefs; conducting legal research in preparation for motion hearings; and participating in depositions, trials, and appeals. Hemna draws on experience gained while practicing commercial litigation. Before joining private practice, she served as a judicial law clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court, conducting research and working on various cases from formation to trial and appeal.
Hemna earned her B.A. from the University of South Florida and her J.D. from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law.
