Goldberg Segalla added Ian G. Zolty to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Princeton.
Zolty has more than 15 years of experience counseling and defending employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters throughout New Jersey. He has represented and counseled hospitals, insurance companies, school boards, and public entities as well as Fortune 500 companies on various issues surrounding workplace safety, loss prevention, accident reporting, and human resource issues. Zolty manages all aspects of litigation, from investigating claims to preparing witnesses for testimony, drafting and arguing motions, and using relevant case law to reach the most favorable resolutions for his clients.
Zolty earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire and his J.D. from the Rutgers University School of Law.
