Goldberg Segalla added Itzel Danisi to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Manhattan.

Itzel counsels and defends employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters in New York. She is engaged in the claims process from the inception of a file through its resolution, including case preparation, negotiation, and litigation.

Itzel acquired 10 years of professional experience in law before becoming an attorney. While earning a bachelor’s degree and her Juris Doctorate, she worked full time in private practice firms, progressing from legal intern to paralegal assistant, attorney engagement coordinator, and law clerk. Itzel joined Goldberg Segalla as a law clerk in the workers’ compensation practice, gaining valuable firsthand experience with New York State Workers’ Compensation law, developing research, writing, analysis, and case management skills.

Itzel earned her B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and her J.D. from New England Law | Boston.
