Goldberg Segalla added James M. Specyal to the firm’s General Liability group in Buffalo.

James counsels and defends clients in a variety of general liability matters. He also concentrates a portion of his practice to products liability, premises liability, personal injury, medical malpractice, and labor law matters. During his time at the Legal Aid Bureau of Buffalo, James handled all aspects of criminal appeals before the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, Fourth Judicial Department, and the New York State Court of Appeals.

James earned his bachelor’s degree at the University at Buffalo and his juris doctor at the University at Buffalo School of Law. During law school, he gained experience as a judicial intern for the Hon. Eugene M. Fahey in the New York State Court of Appeals.
