Goldberg Segalla added Jane Y. Park to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Orange County.

Jane has more than a decade of experience handling complex workers’ compensation matters in defense of third-party administrators, insurance companies, and self-insured employers, excelling at early resolution and efficient claims closing. Jane executes all aspects of a workers’ compensation claim from inception to resolution, including drafting motions, attending all species of hearings, as well as significant experience conducting depositions and cross-examining experts.

Jane received her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, subsequently earning her J.D. from the University of West Los Angeles and LL.M. from Chapman University.
