Goldberg Segalla added special counsel Jenna A. Florio to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Garden City.

Jenna is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on representing employers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board. She is involved in every stage of the workers’ compensation litigation process including appeals, negotiations, settlements, litigation, contract management, mediation, hearings, and depositions. She draws on a background in medical matters involving regulatory and compliance issues related to bring medical devices to market, including working with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

Jenna earned her bachelor’s degree from Towson University and her juris doctor from the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
