Goldberg Segalla added Jessica N. Kipphut to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Hartford.

Jessica focuses her practice on counseling and defending insurance carriers, employers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters throughout Connecticut. She handles all aspects of the claims process from referral through closure, including preparing case evaluations, developing detailed litigation strategies, managing discovery, trial, and appeal, as well as drafting and negotiating favorable settlements for her clients. Jessica draws on several years of experience in-house at an insurance company where she defended insureds in workers’ compensation claims and litigation.

Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree from Roger Williams University and her J.D. from the Quinnipiac University School of Law.
