Goldberg Segalla added Jessica N. Reich to the firm’s Toxic Tort and Environmental Law practice groups in Buffalo.

Jessica counsels and defends manufacturers, distributors, and others in environmental disputes and toxic tort cases. She handles all stages of litigation, including preparing cases for filing; drafting motions, pleadings and briefs; conducting legal research in preparation for motion hearings; and participating in depositions, trials, and appeals. In addition to her toxic tort experience, Jessica has defended multiple premises liability and municipal claims. She also gained valuable insight into insurance defense as a litigation adjuster for a national property and casualty carrier.

Jessica earned her B.A. from Russell Sage College and her J.D. from the Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
