Jessica N. Reich counsels and defends manufacturers, distributors, and others in environmental disputes and toxic tort cases. She handles all stages of litigation, including preparing cases for filing; drafting motions, pleadings and briefs; conducting legal research in preparation for motion hearings; and participating in depositions, trials, and appeals. In addition to her toxic tort experience, Jessica has also defended multiple premises liability and municipal claims. She also gained valuable insight into insurance defense as a litigation adjuster for a national property and casualty carrier.
