Goldberg Segalla added Jodi Dyan Oley to the firm’s Product Liability practice group in Philadelphia.

Oley focuses her practice on counseling and defending manufacturers of diverse products, including automobiles, consumer products, industrial equipment, motorcycles, and pharmaceuticals, against claims of product liability. A seasoned trial attorney with more than 10 years of experience, clients have relied on Oley for practical advice and solutions to a wide range of issues, from product liability to toxic tort, mass tort, construction, and class action matters. Oley has served as national discovery counsel for an international automotive manufacturer in multi-district litigation, and as regional trial counsel for a national motorcycle manufacturer. She also has experience as complex litigation counsel for a leading U.S. insurance company, where she collaborated with outside counsel to analyze legal issues, formulate litigation strategies, prepare company witnesses for testimony, attend trials and prepare trial reports, and manage budgets for litigation matters and related projects.

Oley earned her B.A. from Pennsylvania State University and her J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University.
