Experience
Jodi Dyan Oley focuses her practice on counseling and defending manufacturers of diverse products – including automobiles, consumer products, industrial equipment, motorcycles, and pharmaceuticals – against claims of product liability. A seasoned trial attorney with more than 10 years of experience, her clients have relied on Jodi for practical advice and solutions to a wide range of issues, from product liability to toxic tort, mass tort, construction, and class action matters. Jodi has served as national discovery counsel for an international automotive manufacturer in multi-district litigation, and as regional trial counsel for a national motorcycle manufacturer.
Jodi also has experience as complex litigation counsel for a leading U.S. insurance company, where she collaborated with outside counsel to analyze legal issues, formulate litigation strategies, prepare company witnesses for testimony, attend trials and prepare trial reports, and manage budgets for litigation matters and related projects. Having served in that role, she is especially cognizant of and responsive to client needs.
