Goldberg Segalla added partner Jose Zalduondo to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Newark.

Jose counsels and defends employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters throughout New York, Florida, and Puerto Rico. He focuses a significant portion of his practice on representing large contractors, construction managers, and owners in a wide range of workers’ compensation claims in the construction field. He handles his cases from inception through completion, and has extensive experience representing clients at trial, motion hearings, pre-trial conferences, and settlement conferences. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association.

Jose earned his bachelor’s degree at the American University and his juris doctor at the Hofstra University School of Law.
