Goldberg Segalla added Joshua E. Sonstein to the firm’s Transportation group in Princeton.

Josh counsels and defends clients in a variety of complex civil litigation matters with a particular focus on the transportation industry. He defends businesses and their insurers in general liability, employment and labor, and personal injury matters. Josh draws on experience with insurance defense litigation, asbestos litigation, products liability, premises liability, and dram shop liability. He handles all aspects of the litigation process from beginning to end, including mediations, depositions, appeals, and trials.

Josh earned his B.A. from the American University and his J.D. from the Rutgers University School of Law.
